Which triathletes have qualified for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games?
With 110 Olympic triathlon spots up for grabs at the 2024 Paris Games, we take a look at who will be on the start line…
The Paris Olympic Games are almost here, and once again nine medals are up for grabs across the two individual events and the mixed team relay.
So, who will be racing? Well, again, the selection process has not been without its controversies and shocks. Namely, there will be no Brownlee racing in Paris – the first Games without an Ali or Jonny since Athens in 2004.
Nor did Team GB hopeful Sophie Coldwell make the squad, a decision that went to appeal and finally went in favour of Kate Waugh.
Another big name to be missing out is two-time world champion and Tokyo mixed relay bronze medallist Vincent Luis, who heartbreakingly won’t have the chance to compete at his home Games.
So who did get the nod? Below are the names of the 110 athletes from 42 nations who will be stepping onto the Pont Alexandre III this summer…
