For a gut-friendly and no faff breakfast recipe, why not try this kefir overnight oats. A mild, live yoghurt drink, kefir is a great source of probiotics. Add to it the oats, fruit, nuts and seeds and you’ll have started your day with a gut-friendly thumbs-up.

Make it dairy-free –  Follow the recipe using a plant-based kefir. Try the ones made with oat, almond or coconut milk.
