This quick and easy hot smoked salmon, egg and fennel salad contains about 30g of protein, a perfect amount to maximise muscle protein synthesis.

Again, this dish provides even more bang for your buck, with omega-3s, B vitamins and vitamin D.

Boost the protein

Pat dry a can of drained chickpeas, toss with olive oil, cumin and smoked paprika, season and bake at 180°C for 15mins. Scatter over your salad and devour immediately!
