The Running Show returns to Sandown Park

Calling all runners: this year’s Running Show will take place at Sandown Park Racecourse in Surrey this weekend, with all the latest running kit on display to be seen and stroked.

There is also a packed seminar programme, featuring expert speakers such as former international runner Martin Yelling, and a number of workshops and clinics, including free consultations with nutrition expert Joel Enoch.

There is also the chance to take part in 5km/10km runs around the Sandown Park estate, as well as a free 2km family run. Advance tickets cost £6, and tickets on the door cost £10. For more info head to www.runningshow.co.uk.
