The Running Show is back for 2012, taking place on 27th and 28th October 2012. Visitors to the show will be able to gain valuable information from major running brands.

Whether the visitor is new to running or a marathon veteran, The Running Show will provide information on training plans, choosing the right apparel, nutrition options and much, much more. For the first year ever the Running Show will be held at Sandown Park in Esher.

New also to 2012 is the fact that entry will be free to those who pre-register. For those turning up on the day it will be £12 on the door.

After a successful run at London Olympia, the organisers of the Running Show are moving it to Sandown Park. The facilities will allow a whole host of exciting activities and seminars, including a 5k run on 27th October and 10k run on the 28th October.

The new venue – Sandown Park – will also enable a fantastic range of in-hall activities, delivering a great experience to all runners, from newbies to veterans. It will feature exhibits by top running brands and retailers, seminars and workshops tailored to all levels of runner. There will be specialist shoe testing areas, allowing visitors to find their perfect running shoe.

Those that pre-register from the end of July at www.runningshow.co.uk will get free entry. Should visitors show up on the day it will be £12 and under 16s go free.
