Sportive and MTB rides at TCR10

Evans Cycles supporting TCR Show

The Triathlon, Cycling and Running show takes place on February 13th and 14th 2010 at Sandown Park, Esher, Surrey. The TCR show is the first big event of 2010 to check out all the latest product offerings, listen to informative presentations, and have a great day out that all the family will enjoy.

Come for the show, stay for a ride!

Not only can you look at and talk about bikes at the show, you can also ride them! Thanks to Evans Cycles Ride It! who are running an organised mountain bike ride and sportive road ride from the show venue at Sandown Park.

“There’s some great cycling in South West London and the show is a perfect launch pad to explore the area,” says Dean Stacey, Ride It! event manager. “For those looking to kick start their 2010 training this is a great event to gain valuable information and come out with us for some great off road and, or sportive riding. We have a variety of routes that are suitable for people of all abilities and levels of fitness.”

As always with Ride It! events the off road takes place on Saturday 13th February and takes riders from the TCR through the North Downs. Utilising the great terrain the Downs are known for, riders can experience a mixture of climbs and exhilarating descents.

The sportive road ride is on Sunday 14th February. Again, the North Downs show some great terrain with Box Hill keeping everyone on their toes. There are a range of different length routes for participants to enjoy on both days.
