Simon Whitfield carries Canada’s Olympic flag

Tri legend carries Canada's Olympic flag at Friday's opening ceremony

Simon Whitfield – Sydney gold medallist, Beijing silver, four time Olympian and all-round hero round these parts – was the athlete selected to carry Canada’s flag at the stunning opening ceremony on Friday. Whitfield will aim to make it a third Olympic medal on 7 August in Hyde Park.
