Today is a very exciting day for us in the 220 offices – the magazine’s 300th issue went on sale this morning, featuring a fresh new look, exclusive advice from the Brownlee brothers on how to bike stronger, loads of interactive content via the Blippar app and more.

The magazine – now in its 25th year – features a fresh new look as well as more pages and new content, including a bigger performance section with training features targeted for all abilities, a new physio focus section, and an extended test centre section with more independent, expert reviews of the latest tri bikes and gear.

Lots of extra content can be unlocked by downloading the Blippar app for your smartphone or tablet then pointing it at the magazine’s pages, including behind-the-scenes video from our cover shoot with the Brownlees, Chrissie Wellington launches her new and exclusive competition to win 12 months of coaching with her, Chris Boardman talks through the frame design of the Brownlees’ bikes, and lots more.

Also featured in this month’s issue is a state-of-triathlon roundtable hosted by 220 contributor Tim Heming, we take a look at whether it’s possible to get started in triathlon for less than £1,000, we put 15 race run shoes on test, and put Quintana Roo’s CDO.1 Ultegra tri bike through its paces.

Plus, don’t forget to listen to our new special anniversary podcast, featuring interviews with both Brownlee brothers and Chris Boardman, audio from Tim Heming’s state-of-triathlon roundtable, and lots more.

Issue 300 is on sale now at newsagents across the UK, and the digital edition can be picked up via the iTunes store, Google Play and Zinio.
