Matt Dixon to host London seminar

Top coach to talk tri at Sigma Sport in Kingston, London on 22 July

On 22 July, Matt Dixon, the elite coach of Purplepatch Fitness, will be hosting a ‘Turning Potential into Performance’ lecture and Q&A session at Sigma Sport in Kingston, London.

The lecture coincides with the launch of Matt’s debut book, The Well-Built Triathlete, in which the elite triathlon coach reveals the approach he has used to turn age-group triathletes into elite professionals and champions.

With over 150 championships and podium finishes in Ironman and Ironman 70.3 events over the past five years, Dixon’s Purplepatch Fitness athletes are proof that the methods in The Well-Built Triathlete can improve performance season after season.
