New Hardcore Xtreme Boot Camp Weekends at Champneys Tring

Champneys has announced the launch of a new Xtreme Boot Camp weekend, taking place on 26 October and 23 November 2012 at Champneys Tring in Hertfordshire.

Here’s what Champneys had to say…

An intense workout weekend, the Xtreme Boot Camp is ideal for male fitness fanatics looking for the next challenge. With workouts ranging from muddy assault courses and circuits to sports massages and chilly Kriotherapy sessions, the Xtreme Boot Camp will challenge all that take part.

The Xtreme Boot Camp starts before the guests even arrive with a member of the Champneys team contacting Xtreme boot campers to help get them prepared for the weekend ahead. On arrival an initial body composition analysis and blood pressure check will gauge fitness. Intensive exercises including circuits, boxing, biking and other outdoor activities including an extreme assault course will ensure the heart levels are racing throughout the weekend.

During the weekend the resident nutritionists and boot camp team will work with the hardcore boot campers to develop a personalised nutritional plan to motivate and guide guests during and after the weekend. There will also be seminars and Q+A sessions on nutrition and performance to ensure guests understand the science behind their efforts and are capable of continuing, maximising and further improving their health and fitness going forward.

The Champneys two night Xtreme Boot Camps take place on 26 October and 23 November 2012, with more dates to follow. Prices start from £349.95pp.
