When is Black Friday 2024?
Black Friday always falls on the Friday after Thanksgiving in the US. This year, it’s on 29th November, but as you’ve probably noticed, retailers tend to start launching deals earlier every year, so it pays to be on the lookout for great deals throughout November. Cyber Monday is on 2nd December.
How to get a good deal on Black Friday 2024
While most Black Friday deals are genuine discounts, some can be exaggerated, particularly if a product hasn’t been sold at its full RRP for some time. Here’s how to make sure you’re getting a good deal:
- Research the products you’re interested in and how much they cost before any Black Friday sales
- During the sales, check reviews from experts like us and customers – it’s possible some products are discounted for a reason
- Use online tools like CamelCamelCamel to view a product’s price history
- Compare prices for the same product across several retailers
- Avoid impulse purchases!
Why Black Friday?
Sports gear can be expensive, so it makes sense to shop the sales when it comes to making big purchases – or just stocking up on new kit. Black Friday is one of the best opportunities to save a bit of money, as there are always good deals to be found across plenty of popular brands.
We’ll be keeping a lookout for all the biggest discounts on our favourite triathlon items and listing them here.
