Fat Lad At The Back tri-suit – first look

“Won’t result in you looking like a badly-packed sausage,” claim makers

Deluged with requests for tri wear for the larger man, Cyclewear brand Fat Lad at the Back has responded with the launch of this new suit (there’s also a Fat Lass range for women, but no tri-suit yet).

Available in five sizes from a 42” to a 52” chest (send your waist and chest measurements to ensure a good fit), the marketing bumf refreshingly boasts it “won’t make you go faster” but it will “help you feel and look good”. It also “won’t result in you looking like a badly-packed sausage”, which is a bonus.

Lightweight and fast-drying, it features a full-length zip, rear pockets for nutrition and silicone hems to prevent riding up. Price: £94 from fatladattheback.com.
