2015 model promises increased stability and flexibility, thanks to updates including a super stretch jersey and 'not there' back panels
Sure to feature on many readers’ Christmas lists is this 2015 Archimedes 2 wetsuit (£550) from triathlon pioneers Huub – though we hear initial availability may be rather limited.
Key updates include: a ‘not there’ feel along the back panels, due to a thickness reduction to 1mm neoprene, plus additional super stretch jersey; and a complete remodelling of arm seams, panel placements and thickness.
For everyone planning to be really, really good in the run-up Christmas though, best be aware that availability between now and March 2015 will be limited to 450 units.
“The Huub team assessed every possible improvement benefit and focussed on taking the flexibility and stretch to a level never before experienced,” says Huub’s Dean Jackson. “And now we’re excited to offer the Archimedes 2, where increased stability and flexibility co-exist with efficiency of speed and stroke.”
