Saucony Grid Fastwitch 3

The Fastwitch has a very light, fast feel to it from the highly flexible outsole and midsole through to the snug and highly breathable upper.

The shoe shows it’s possible to build a minimal racer to give overpronators some support while maintaining all the properties needed for fast running.

The ride is soft so some may prefer a bit more spring to it. But the feeling is very smooth, from a soft heel strike through to a good toe-off from the very flexible, responsive forefoot. A medial post at the midfoot adds support for overpronators but this shoe is primarily about speed.

A good shoe for overpronators without injury issues who are serious about running fast.
