1000 Mile Tri Sock

These are a very thin and minimal sock that most of us would reserve purely for racing in. The material running along the bottom of each sock, across the toes and up the heel is thin – the material running along the top is even thinner. So to say these socks are cool and breathable is an understatement! Not surprisingly, there’s little in the way of padding.

Shoes that fit your feet nicely in regular socks can feel loose with these and need lacing more tightly. The flipside of this is that they’re so thin you can happily wear them in shoes normally worn sockless to get that extra bit of protection from rubbing and wicking, which can be particularly useful in the heat. They also stay in place well with no bunching.
