Felt release new, more aerodynamic, AR road bike
Felt says new AR road bike is their most aerodynamic bike yet.
Felt claim the new AR is its most aerodynamic road bike ever, and has greater pedalling efficiency, improved ride quality, and better handling.
Their tests reveal it is 9% faster than the previous generation AR, with new features including;
– Clearance for up to 30mm tires
– New oversized Seatpost designed to ensures the symbiotic, two-way transfer of road feedback to the rider’s hands and every last bit of rider power to the road.
– New semi-integrated front end
– Disc brakes
“When Felt launched the original AR, it helped usher in a new era in road bike technology, one that prioritised straight-line speed and aerodynamic efficiency akin to time trial and triathlon bikes,” says Eric Sakalowsky, Felt’s VP of Global Marketing.
“Its successor, the carbon AR, took up the brand’s aerodynamic mantle and broke the mold in terms of what of road bike could offer its rider, beyond just added speed.”
