Knog Boomer Rechargeable

Cycle into work on a winter’s morning, unhook your Boomer in one easy flick of a rubber strap, plug it into the USB port on your computer to charge it, then ride home confident your light won’t die. With its simplicity of design and commuter-oriented functionality, the Boomer ticks plenty of boxes.

For such a compact unit it packs quite a lighting punch and the wide flood, on continuous mode, would just about cope with brief forays on unlit roads.

For urban commuters, though, the flashing mode would easily get you seen from the side and the front, and one charge gives 12hrs of burn time.

The Knog trademark single-piece silicon shell gives excellent protection against the elements, and coming in a range of colours means you can co-ordinate with your bike. Fitting and removal takes literally a second, and the top-mounted button is easy to use and access.
