British Triathlon Level 3 coach Paul Jones, has been coaching triathletes for over 15 years. During that time he’s helped athletes qualify for the Ironman and 70.3 World Championships, and win world and European championship age-group medals.

As a triathlete Paul has competed for many years, highlights of which include representing Great Britain at world and European age-group level. Prior to taking up triathlon, Paul competed nationally in swimming with PBs of 56:26secs for 100m freestyle, 1:58:91 for 200m freestyle and 4:03mins for 400m freestyle.
