ith four styles and 10 tints available in the new range from U.S. brand Roka, you’d be hard-pushed not to find one to suit you. On test here is the F1, the smallest goggle in the range and also the only one with a changeable nosebridge. The dark amber tint here is designed for transition light/direct sun and to enhance orange and red buoys. Swimming in our local lake, the small course buoys were certainly much easier to spot than usual and, on a sunny evening, our overall vision was extremely bright and crisp. The goggles had enough tint that, even when the low sun was on our breathing side, we weren’t dazzled. The goggles sit in the eye socket and are comfortable, plus
the straps are soft and grippy.
