Xterra Vendetta wetsuit
New suit features two layers of neoprene, triple-layered seams and X-Flex liner throughout
Direct-to-consumer retailer Xterra Wetsuits have revealed a new model for the 2014 season called the Vendetta, featuring two thin layers of neoprene to sandwich pockets of air and keep the swimmer’s body high in the water and cut drag.
The makers have opted to use 5mm neoprene on the front and 3mm on the back along with X-Flex liner throughout the entire suit. The seam-seal technology uses a triple layer of glue and double-blind stitching which they claim will improve longevity.
The Vendetta retails for £525 from www.xterrawetsuits.co.uk with the first suits to be delivered next month, and Xterra Wetsuits are offering a 40% discount on pre-orders made before then.
