Entries open for Fambridge Half

Dengie Events have announced that the Fambridge Yacht Haven Half Iron Triathlon will take place next year on 8 June.

The 2014 event will see athletes take on a 1.9km river swim next to Blue House Farm Nature Reserve, 90km cycle in the Essex countryside and an 18km run around North Fambridge village.

Free camping is available for athletes along with a host of other race facilities and benefits. The middle-distance race prides itself on providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere with excellent support, with organisers fully expecting the race to sell out in 2014.
