220‘s legendary coach Joe Beer, a man who’s been helping triathletes to the finish line for more than 20 years, will be in the 220 Subs Lounge at the Triathlon Show ready to offer performance advice.

Joe will be there on:

Saturday: 1-2pm

Sunday: 11am-12pm

Joe will also be hosting two seminars at the 220 Live! stage in the Solario Suite on Saturday (10:45am) and Sunday (1:30pm).
