News of a free athletes seminar at Physio4Life on Sunday 20th May…



Everyone is welcome at the event. Free specialist’s talks and workshops run throughout the day, covering topics relevant to all athletes and sports people.



Physio4Life’s experts and their partners share a wealth of knowledge and experience on the following subjects: running techniques and the use of orthotics; hydration strategies for athletes; sports nutrition for performance and therapeutic aids for safety and sports performance.

Free advice will be available on injury prevention and rehabilitation, along with complementary video running analysis and advice on the use of orthotics. Other activities available include: an innovative sports-specific yoga class, sports massage, body fat analysis and electrolyte/hydration testing.
