SiS Go Electrolyte Green Tea & Lemon

Most of us have used the celebrated SiS Go Electrolyte drinks in the past, and this latest offering is a simple electrolyte and carb affair to drink during exercise. Its 95% carb content comes from maltodextrin and fructose that, when mixed, hits around the 9% concentration level (again, add more water if looking to dilute to a lower % of carbs). This is supported with a host of electrolytes to aid hydration.

The powder mixes well to leave a green hint to the water, and does actually taste like green tea and lemon. SiS have obviously been doing their consumer research with many calling for a more savoury flavour for sustained exercise, and this one really works. It’s a refreshing taste that helps you wash out the sticky sweet gels and gives you a fresh, hydrated feeling. Don’t be fooled by the lack of big chemical names on the ingredients list – it still works and tastes good with it.
