Henley Half increases competitor numbers

After a huge amount of entries resulting in heavy oversubscription, the organisers of the Henley Half have increased the number of places for the 2012 event

The organisers of the Henley Half Triathlon have increased the number of places available for the 2012 edition of the race, after a huge oversubscription for the closed-course race.

There are also a limited number of relay places available after numerous requests were made for team entries.

The Henley Half uses the same course as Challenge Henley, and includes a 1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike and 13.1-mile run through Henley-on-Thames and along the Thames footpath.

The additional places will be available from 9am on 6 January.

Entries cost £150 (affiliated, £155 unaffiliated) and £200 for Team entries.
