Pro Rides: Sam Gardner

Up next in our elite bike route series is Sam Gardner, Britain’s top-ranked Xterra male. The full feature appears in our March issue (243), which has just hit the shops, and finds Gardner taking 220‘s Andy Blow off-road in his native Surrey along his favourite training route…

Andy used a Garmin Edge 705 to document the 100km ride, which we’ve just downloaded to the 220 account at Garmin Connect. Through the magic of technology, as long as you have a 705, you can download this route, head to the home counties and follow in the tracks of Gardner.
